It helps to include the email you signed in with, your iPhone model, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, choose to sign in with email and tap Forgot password. We will email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in with that button instead; there is no separate password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your profile tab, tap Account & sign out, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, journal entries, and progress. If you can't get into the app, email us and we will delete it for you.
Does the app cost anything?
No. The Devotional App is free to download and use.
Where do the devotional insights come from?
The insights and prompts for each passage are generated with AI from the Bible reference you choose. We send only the reference, never your journal entries or personal information. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
My progress or streak looks wrong.
Make sure you are signed in to the same account you used before, and that you have an internet connection. If it still looks off, email us and we will take a look.
